What payments do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or you can also wire us money by Western Union or MoneyGram.

Do you accept international orders?
Because of the increasing volume of fraud, all international orders must be paid in advance. We accept credit cards, Western Union, MoneyGram, money orders, or PayPal as form of payment.

What is your minimum order?
We have no minimum order. If you have questions contact us and we will be happy to answer them.

How do I check the status of my order?
Upon confirmation of shipment, you will be given a tracking number so you can be informed of your order status while it is in transition.

How do I determine shipping cost?
Shipping cost for domestic orders is automatically calculated for you and shows in your final total on the checkout page. International orders will also be automatically calculated. Should you require special handling or rush shipping contact us for prices.

Can you ship my order to a P.O. Box?
Yes, we can send your products to your P.O. Box via USPS.

Can you send me a catalog?
You can print our website for a catalog if you would like. We don't offer printed materials because our web site is updated daily and all of our merchandise is shown on the site.

Are you violating copyright laws by selling these glasses?

Why should I buy your products?
Our products are carefully manufactured to the best standards and come at a lower price and high quality compared to other web sites. 

What about Customs and/or Import Fees?
Your country determines if you are subject to import duties and taxes. They are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the customers' responsibility. We have no control over customs duties or import fees and cannot predict their cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Out of stock items
Even though we keep a large quantity of merchandise on hand, there may be times when certain styles are unavailable. To avoid delays in the delivery of your order, in stock items will be shipped immediately and out of stock items will be cancelled from your order with a refund to your credit card, unless we can contact you to get your permission for a substitution. We suggest on any out of stock items that you reorder when the style is available again.
